Up-Down Viewing Practice :
To practice this action, sit in a place and spread your legs towards the front. After this, raise both your hands While doing it, take out the thumb. After this, take the thumb of your right hand upwards and take your eyes with it. Move your hands as high as you can, as well as elevate your eyes with it. Do the same procedure with the left thumb. Practice this at least 5 times. After doing this, relax your eyes and keep it closed for some time.
To blink eyes :
If you are troubled by the problem of weak eyesight or watery eyes, then sit at one place and blink the eyes very fast ten times. Then keep the eyes closed for twenty seconds to relax.
Palming :
It is very easy to do this yoga practice. Palming can be done easily by sitting anywhere. Sit down at some place to palming. After that, take a deep breath and rub both the palms of your hands together and when they feel hot, then cover both eyes with them. Keep your palms till the heat of the hands starts to feel in the eyes. Keep the eyes closed and repeat this process at least five times.
Practice of looking sideways :
Sit in a secluded position and keep your head in a stable position. Practice looking between your eyes with both eyes. After this, look at the left thumb and then look at the center. Then look at the right thumb, then once again look in the middle and once again look at the left thumb. Do this about 10 to 20 times. After such practice, close the eyes and relax.
All these yoga will help you to light your eyesight. And at the same time it will be helpful to your eyes in many ways too. If your eyesight is already low then you should do all this yoga daily. With these, your eyesight problem will start to be fixed. But some people do yoga for a few days but leave later, in such a situation you are not going to get rid of any problem. It would be better if you are doing any yoga, then do that yoga daily. Only then your hopes of getting the right benefits increase.
